Rhythms of a Forgotten Jazz

Rhythms of a Forgotten Jazz responds to Ctrl + Z by staging a live act of cultural repair. While history cannot be undone, erasure can be interrupted. Through music, testimony and archival projection, the performance re-examines the legacy of Tete Mbambisa and South African jazz as a living archive.

Creating space for witnessing, slow listening and intergenerational dialogue, the work embodies a reparative curatorial practice that offers both a return and a meaningful re-inscription of memory into the present.
